Hi, I had a 7:30 am appointment on a Thursday. By then end of the day my car had not even been evaluated to know the specific problem. I left a message on Friday afternoon requesting an update and no one replied. Finally, on Monday it was determined that their were issues with the charging system. Since the system was under warranty, I was offered a rental car, which was great. The dealer troubleshooted a few parts and got the car repaired by the following Monday. The staff was courteous and responsive, it would have been nice to have the car evaluated on the day of the appointment.

i asked for two things one was them repair the stering colum which they did. the second was a gas leak diag. the gas leak diag is a smoke test.. this guy calls me and tells me he needs the truck for another day to do the smoke test. ok. the next day i get a call telling me they cant lift the truck because of the condition of the frame.... you dont have to lift the truck to do a smoke test. so i said no worries ill come pick it up. i did. i took it down the street and it was exactly what i told the origional service writer. needed a new filler kneck.. cant trust you to do the job.

All associates from the sales person, to finance, to service were very professional and most important LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AND OBJECTIVES NOT THEIR NEEDS OR ISSUES. IN March of 24 we decided to search for a new auto which led us to Central. We spoke with Ryan Trease for sometime took a road test etc and advised him we would think about purchase and call him in two days, I did call him and told him I needed to wait to see what I owed in taxes and he completely understood. Unfortunately just prior to April 15 I became ill and had no idea how long I be out of work. He asked if he could touch base once a month , I advised him he could check in with me whenever he had time which he did do. Finally we were in a position to go further with a purchase called Ryan and set appointment almost a year later. There are several reasons as to why we called him a year later. From the onset, last year, he asked what we were looking for, asked how much we were willing to commit to a new auto, he asked if there were any features which were a must and those we would like but not necessary. In short instead of telling us how great of a deal he could gives us etc. he wanted to know the basic so he could try to fill our goals and objectives. Two more items once we built the car as close to what we wanted I advised him to give us your best price and don't tell me you'll see what your manager can do. We're not going back and forth either the price is somewhere we need to be or it's not. He listen he was interested in our objectives he did what we asked him to do. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone knowing they be happy. The dealership as a whole knew what was important THE CLIENT not basketball sweet 16 or other items. We were there more than once and always one or two employees asked if we needed help and when we stated waiting for Ryan or when I was waiting for my sticker they made effort to find Ryan or check on status of my sticker. I was impress with the TEAM effort to take care of their most important assets the client. Thanks for an excellent experience and being in sales am more than qualified to recognize a team effort and not THE attitude it's not my job. Fred

I love the shuttle service to my home and back to pick up my 2013 Equinox after the service repair was completed. Very pleasant visit and service writer Kevin was more than helpful. However, with 15 minutes of leaving the dealership I got a "service emergency calling" warning on the dashboard. It did go off after I parked the car and left it for 15 minutes. I got another "service emergency calling" today April 7. Haven't turn the on again, perhaps it will go away - but this was twice since it was serviced. So I'm probably coming back

The service clerk Chris, was not attentive to my repair, timeline or additional repairs. I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle at 8:30 for a front brake job. I informed him I needed the vehicle before 2 pm. He assured me this would happen. At 1:00 pm I called to see if it was complete and Chris would not answer the call. Then someone said he was at lunch. Another service person help me with this process and just before 2 pm Chris picked up and was asking "what's going on". When I asked him, about the job, he didn't know what was going on and that the vehicle would need additional work (driver side caliper). No one called me about this development or for approval. I was quite bothered by Chris' responses to me. When I picked up my vehicle I spoke to the service manager who was EXCELLENT.

Came in for an oil change, was asked if I wanted my tires rotated in which I declined. However, the service men rotated them anyways, while doing so he put my back tire on backwards, which is extremely hazardous, I had to come back the following morning, inconvenincing me as I had to be to work for 8am. No one offered any solutions on rectifying the situation as I've been a loyal customer for about seven years. I thought certainly I'd be offered a gift card or a refund. This experience has left me very disappointed in Chevy and I will share this information on social media.

Where to start? The service here was totally unacceptable. I bought a new car and had to have it serviced, something with the convertible top was wrong. After being jerked around for two weeks, which at the time was longer than I had the car in my possession, it felt like a slap in the face to hear that the issue could have taken less than an hour to fix. I called pretty much everyday, sometimes a few times a day only to be told that there was no one available to help me, answer my questions, or that I had "just missed" the technician and they are currently no longer available today so I will have to call back tomorrow. When getting my car back, they left a piece of the trunk trim in my front seat! At first the blame was skirted and I was told that there was "no way" that they could have done it and they don't even know what it is. It wasn't until after I had looked up the product number on the part and sent them a screenshot that they offered to rectify the issue. I am so beyond disgusted with the service, I will never get any of my other cars serviced here as a result.

My service was excellent however, took longer than expected and Central suggested a loaner. I didn’t mind but when I got there there were no loaners available and they arranged a rental with Enterprise, also did not mind. My issue was that I was required to make a $100 deposit for the rental which I had not expected. I was also dropping off my husbands car for service at Central. Had I known about the rental and deposit I would have likely just rescheduled my husband’s vehicle and kept it instead of everything else. But I did not know until I was picked up and brought to Enterprise. Central should pay the deposit or at least let people know.

Central Chevrolet was the third regional dealership we visited considering purchased of the first electric vehicle in my life (I'm seventy-eight years old.). Neither of the other two dealerships even had an Equinox EV on their lot to look at or test ride. My experience at Central was very positive from the moment my wife and I went into the showroom to look at an Equinox EV on display. We liked the design of the exterior and opened the driver's door and sat in the driver's seat. We were impressed with the quality & layout of the interior. Within a few minutes a salesman approached and provided details about the car that helped both of us conclude this might be a very good vehicle for us. We were introduced to Guy Montone who specialized in electric vehicle sales. He was easy to speak with & very well versed in the technology of the vehicle and its features. We were given an opportunity to test ride an Equinox EV first as passengers and, after he explained the one pedal operation, as a driver in a large parking lot. He demonstrated the infotainment panel and GPS trip map, audio system, Bluetooth and more. We were sold! At all times Guy was very easy to speak with and eager to help us make a decision. He explained all the incentives which put the purchase price within our reach. We followed his advice on selecting accessories & purchased a roof rack, Level 2 charging unit and an adapter for Tesla chargers. He offered to sit with us after we drove the Equinox for a while to make certain we were taking advantage of all its capabilities and were connected to various EV power charging companies. Guy Montone went well above and beyond what we would have expected. The car has exceeded our expectations. We believe we are looking at the future of automobile transportation in this car. this was my first time bringing in my Corvette Stingray. From the very start, meeting the gent in the box welcoming me to service and giving me directions on where to park, to meeting Christopher inside the service center. Overall, the experience of the dealership was good, check in process is relatively easy. Two things that were not great are the waiting time their website says about an hour for an oil change and it was closer to two hours. Secondly, I have a 2024 Silverado with 16,000 miles on it, it’s just over a year old. The driver side view mirror has been wiggling since about day one, the service advisor said that they have been seeing this in the Silverado and have been replacing them under warranty. Unfortunately, when they contacted GM about this, they denied my claim because there is a “scuff“ on my mirror. The scuff is from a tarp that I used to cover something up. There was no damage to the mirror on my part. this is unfortunate, this is the first Chevrolet I bought in 40 years, and my truck has already had a transmission issue the first month that I owned it and now he won’t cover a simple mirror that sounds like it’s been an issue for other customers.

I came for my annual inspection. Everyone was very friendly from the first person I talked to at the parking lot station. I got my car in the bay immediately and waited a very reasonable amount of time for the inspection to be completed. Before I went to the waiting area, I had asked the inspection guy if they could check the air in my tires, because my monthly diagnostic told me the air pressure was off in all 4. He said he would see what he could do, but that really wasn't part of this appointment. When at the window to pay, I asked the woman if they checked the air. She asked the man I had asked and he told us he didn't have time. I was a little annoyed at that, and that he was willing to let me go without letting me know it wasn't done. The very nice women found someone to do it right away and back to the waiting area I went. A few minutes later the nice man she asked came to get me and told me all tires were checked and set to the proper pressure. He couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating and turned it around for me. I purchased my car here 1 year ago and this was my first time coming back for anything.

I’ve been a customer of Central Chevy for years and this last service visit on 12/11/2025 has made me reconsider using them for my future service needs. I brought my 2019 Chevy Equinox in to have a tire sensor replaced and to have my vehicle inspected for any damage to the dash due to mice. I spoke with Daryl mid-morning who provided an update on both concerns, they had replaced the sensor and they found no damage behind the dash from mice. Daryl then provided me with a list of four additional services that should be done on the vehicle. He stated that my battery needed to be replaced, I needed an oil change, my rear wiper blade needed to be replaced, and my transmission fluids needed attention. I asked him how much those four services were going to cost and he told me around $980 in addition to the cost of the tire sensor replacement. I told him that was way more than I could afford right now and then asked him out of those four services he mentioned, what needed immediate attention. He told me the battery, the oil change, and the wiper blade, he stated that the transmission fluid could wait a little longer. I asked him how much those three services would cost and he said $560 and that he could apply the $200 Chevy reward credit I had on my account. I told him that was more manageable and that he could do those three immediate services today, but only if the vehicle would be ready before 4pm because I had an appointment I had to go to. Daryl spoke with the service foreman and assured me everything would be completed before 4pm before we ended the call. I arrived at 3:30 and was told my vehicle was not finished by the woman who handles the billing/payments. Daryl approached and said that he had just checked in with the technician who said it would only be a few more minutes and I could have a seat in the waiting room, which I did. A few minutes had passed and Daryl came to find me to tell me that when he told me a few more minutes he really meant a few more minutes and respected my time constraints and I’d be called over very shortly. Daryl reappeared after 4pm to let me know that he was able to get my total price to just about $1000 with the Chevy rewards being applied. I was in shock with this price because I had told him I could not afford a $1000 bill right now, I asked him what services were exactly done, he told me the tire sensor, battery, oil change, wiper blade, and transmission fluids. I told him I didn’t think we were doing the transmission fluid because it wasn’t an immediate need, he said no he told me the fuel system cleaning was optional. At this point I was not about to argue with Daryl about what we discussed earlier in the day considering the waiting room was full of customers, the services had already been performed, and I was now missing the appointment I had told Daryl I had to be at. It was still another 10 minutes before I was called up to pay and retrieve my vehicle. I went back and checked my notes when I got home and we never spoke about the fuel system cleaning. After receiving the email asking for my review, I reached out to Central on Monday December 15th to request that a service department manager contact me so I could address my dissatisfaction with them and as of right now, no one has contacted me.
