What types of services can be done with MobileService+?
A wide range of routine maintenance can be completed at your location, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations and tire service, battery testing and replacement, brake service, fluid checks and top-offs, wiper and filter replacement, and multi-point inspections. The van can also perform vehicle diagnostics, software programming and updates, and select recall services. Available services vary by vehicle, so confirm your specific needs when scheduling.
Do I need to be present during the service?
In most cases, no. As long as the technician has safe access to the vehicle and adequate space to work, you're free to go about your day. Our team will coordinate the details with you beforehand so everything goes smoothly.
Does mobile service affect my factory warranty?
No. All work is performed by factory-trained technicians using GM Genuine parts and approved service procedures, so your vehicle's original manufacturer warranty stays fully intact and documented.
What if my vehicle needs work that can't be done on-site?
If a service can only be performed at the dealership, we can pick up your vehicle from a location of your choice and, when available, leave a loaner for you to use while the work is completed. You can also choose to drop your vehicle off at Central Chevrolet and pick up a loaner yourself.
Is MobileService+ the same as roadside assistance?
No. MobileService+ is for planned, scheduled service appointments. It does not provide roadside assistance for unplanned breakdowns or emergencies.
