Central Chevrolet Proudly Supports Hot Rods for Heroes Car Show & Auto Swap Meet

This past Saturday, June 29, 2024, Central Chevrolet had the honor of participating in and sponsoring the Ninth Annual Hot Rods for Heroes Car Show & Auto Swap Meet. This fantastic event, organized by American Legion Post 356, took place at Strathmore Park in Russell, MA, and it was a day filled with community spirit, amazing classic cars, and support for our veterans.

A Day of Automotive Excellence and Community Support

The Hot Rods for Heroes event brought together car enthusiasts and community members for a great cause. From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, attendees were treated to an impressive display of classic cars and hot rods, showcasing the rich automotive heritage that we at Central Chevrolet are proud to be a part of.

As a family-owned dealership, we understand the importance of community involvement and supporting our local heroes. That’s why we were thrilled to sponsor this event, which benefits veterans, charities, youth organizations, homeless cat shelters, and scholarships.

More Than Just Cars

While the stunning vehicles were certainly a highlight, the event offered so much more. Visitors enjoyed:

Delicious food including hot dogs, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers

A swap meet for automotive enthusiasts

The atmosphere was electric, with car owners proudly displaying their prized possessions and attendees admiring the craftsmanship and history of each vehicle.
