Central Chevrolet of West Springfield Mass. has immediate openings for Automotive Sales Consultants.

Automotive Sales Professional Responsibilities:

• Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
• Determine customer automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, to include test drives
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
• Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up
• Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are me

Automotive Sales Professional Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Superior follow through skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills to include: Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail and time management
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
• Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
• Must possess a clean driving record, pass an extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
• Requirements: Must be Over 21 with a Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
