I had a recall that I brought my husband's vib in for . They fixed it prefectly. No charge .In the process of fixing the recall the air conditioning when I received it back was not blowing air it came on but the air was not coming out the vents. I came back right away and they said no problem we'll look into it . So they took the car back in and opened it up and then brought me back to were they were working on it. There was a massive mouse nest in it and it had shifted and was blocking the the vent follow . They also said that the nest was in and around the air conditioner filter that I know has never been cleaned or changed. So they could of just pulled the nest out and left the dirty filter .but they asked what would I like to do. I would of course want a new filter . They only charged me for the filter I think it was about 50 dollars and I left happy and with ice cold air on a very hot day .the nest would have shifted no doubt on the rides to maine that are usually 4 hrs up and 4 hours back and no air I would have been miserable. As the mouse nest nastiness would have been blowing all over us . So thank you for finding it. I was very impressed with the service and how nice the employees are. They are honest and not bad on price. That's rare for service departments at dealerships. So I highly recommend Central Chevrolet . 2 thumbs up

I am not even a customer for this location and she went above and beyond to help me out. Not only does Central Chevrolet have the best cars and amazing deals, they have Eli. If I could pick one salesperson out of a room and work with him/her, it would be Eli. I was shopping for a Malibu and he made sure I got the color, features and model I wanted at a price that thrilled me. He is first rate - informed, professional and NOT pushy. He exhibited the perfect balance of answering my questions, making suggestions, and NOT being agressive. Definitely a five star dealership with a five star salesperson. I will buy from Eli again.
When I went into Central Chevrolet I felt extremely welcomed. I have been struggling trying to figure out how I was going to get a car for the past month and a half. I really owe Ed O'Grady everything. He took care of me and ensured me we would find something. Now, here I am, with the nicest car I've ever had, paying less than I did with my last car. I brought in two vehicles one week apart for service. First my husband’s Silverado for his first service. Everyone is very friendly and they were very quick. So pleased with the service staff. Then last week my little 2013 Sonic for service and new breaks and changing out my snow tires. Again efficient and friendly. A minor glitch had been corrected before I ever knew about it.
