While I knew what type of vehicle I wanted (small/midsize pickup) I wasn't sure which make/model I wanted when I started. As I started my research (starting with Central Chevrolet) I became extremely satisfied with my sales consultant and the dealership in general. While I wasn't ready yet to make a decision on the make/model, I immediately determined that if I bought a Chevy, I would do so with Central/Mike. In the end, I was very pleased that the Chevy Colorado was my vehicle of choice, because (while you wouldn't buy a car JUST for the dealership) Central was by far the best experience I had throughout the process (visited at least 4 or 5 dealerships for various truck choices). Far more professional than Bal*se Chevrolet. The sales people at Bal*se Chevy and GMC are the reason I went to Central and I developed a trust with my salesman and the other people I dealt with right away. Six months ago, my son also left Bal*se and went to Central and purchased a new truck. Bal*se is to big and to HIGH AND MIGHTY! THEY ARE VERY ARROGANT! I am writing this letter to let you know how extremely happy I am with the service I received in the body shop of Central Chevrolet.  I was in a car accident and got rear ended from another car.  I called and spike to Mark in the body shop and he said he would stay late to take a look at my car.  From there Kathy helped me and was great. She kept me aware of everything that was going on.
