Central Chevrolet Employee Wins National Award!

Patrick Townsend Jr., a parts consultant at Central Chevrolet in West Springfield, MA has been recognized as one of the Parts Consultant Program National Top Shelf Award recipients.

Recognition is based on a number of qualities the parts consultants exhibit on the job every day, including teamwork, inter-departmental relationships, training and certification accomplishments, job knowledge, and especially, the quality of service they provide to their customers.

Approximately 5,000 service and parts consultants representing more than 2,000 GM dealerships participate in the Consultant subscription-based program - in place since 1998.
